Quotations and bookings

Transport quotations are based on the itinerary and assumptions supplied at the time of quoting. A booking is not confirmed until the applicable confirmation process and payment requirements have been completed.

Changes, waiting and additional costs

Changes to route, timing, passenger numbers, access, waiting time or vehicle requirements may alter the price or availability. Parking, permits, tolls, accommodation and driver expenses should be treated according to the written quotation.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must comply with lawful instructions, vehicle safety requirements and applicable local rules. The operator should insert its final cancellation, refund, conduct, liability and force-majeure provisions before launch.
